Although there were minor inconveniences, like the lack of an elevator and inconsistent room amenities, the friendly staff and clean rooms made up for it. The breakfast was satisfying, but communication regarding pool closure and breakfast hours could be improved.

The breakfast cooked by a live person was the best ever! The rooms were spacious, staff friendly. Would DEFINITELY choose this place again! Only downside - rooms looked better in photos.

The friendly staff made up for some downsides, like the pool under construction, false breakfast times, and uncomfy bed. Ants marred my sleep, but the helpful front desk staff saved the day in Frederick, Maryland. With updates, this place has potential!

I loved every detail about my amazing 1 night stay here. The personnel was accommodating and amiable. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had lots of meals.

The beds were super cozy, and the shower was like a mini waterfall, the hot water was spot on. I loved chilling out by the indoor pool was ace. As I was close to family and pals, it made it an easy breezy stay. 👌 Just could've done with more pillows and better blankets in my room for that extra comfort!

The one service that I missed for my work was the absence of a dedicated business center within the hotel.

The hardworking and friendly housekeeping team deserves special thanks for their efforts. I paid only $70 for this room, which delivered far greater value than past experiences where I paid $150.

I would have really appreciated an earlier start for breakfast, maybe around 5 am. It would have been just perfect for the elder guests like us, who prefer early breakfast due to our routines.
